Key Responsibilities
Office Management (On-site Responsibility):
Be present in the office during the night shift
to manage day-to-day office operations
Ensure smooth functioning of the office and workplace discipline
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other service providers
Handle office-related issues and ensure proper facilities management
Maintain office registers, records, and admin documentation
HR Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain
employee attendance, shift timing, and leave records
Ensure adherence to company
policies and compliance requirements
Handle employee queries and coordination during the shift
Support onboarding formalities and employee documentation
Payroll Support:
Validate attendance and shift data for
payroll processing
Coordinate with the payroll/accounts team for accurate data submission
Maintain payroll-related records and reports
Requirements:
Any graduate (HR/Admin background preferred)
1-3 years of experience in
HR & Administration
Hands-on experience in
office management and attendance handling
Comfortable working
on-site during night shift
Basic knowledge of payroll support and statutory compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR systems
Preferred Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Problem-solving mindset and ownership of office operations
