Job Role & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee onboarding formalities and documentation.
Handle employee offboarding process including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities and office events.
Create and post updates on company social media (LinkedIn and Instagram) for birthdays, celebrations, and hiring posts.
Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and coordination with vendors or service providers.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of office supplies and stationery.
Manage housekeeping and general upkeep of the office premises.
Handle administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.
