Job Summary: The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth office administration, and assisting in implementing company policies and employee engagement initiatives. This role bridges communication between management and employees, ensuring compliance with HR procedures and efficient administrative support. --- Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist in recruitment -- posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Manage onboarding and induction of new employees. Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Assist in performance appraisal processes. Maintain compliance with labor laws and company HR policies. Organize employee engagement activities and training programs. Support HR audits and statutory compliance requirements (EPF, ESI, etc.). Administration: Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance. Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and company event coordination. Ensure proper upkeep of company assets and equipment. Manage correspondence, filing systems, and office documentation. Oversee housekeeping, security, and general office operations.
Tickets bookings Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR and administration. Knowledge of HR software (HRMS) and MS Office. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proactive and detail-oriented with multitasking ability. Key Competencies: Attention to detail Familiarity with statutory compliance
