Address employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
Administration
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and procurement of stationery/equipment.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
Manage facility upkeep, office repairs, and vendor coordination.
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event logistics.
Maintain office records, contracts, and licenses.
Support budgeting for administrative expenses.
