Job Description

Facility Management: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the plant premises. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams. Monitor utility services and resolve facility-related issues. Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory. Handle courier, dispatch, and inward documentation. Maintain records of visitors, vendors, and contractors. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and services. Track service agreements and ensure timely renewals. Compliance & Documentation: Assist in maintaining statutory records and licenses. Support HR in documentation of contractual manpower and attendance records. Employee Support: Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. Safety & Security: Monitor security protocols and ensure adherence to safety norms. Report incidents and assist in investigations when required.
Qualifications & Skills:

1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of facility management and vendor handling.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
