Your main

administrative duties

include maintaining personnel records, managing

HR

documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. ... Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our

HR

department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.

Responsibilities and Duties



Design compensation and benefits packages

Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)

Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

Monitor HR department's budget and responsible to end to end recruitment

process Salary

Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

Manage employees' grievances

Create and run referral bonus programs

Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)

Measure employee retention and turnover rates

Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Key Skills


Experience using spreadsheets, Organizational skills., Good verbal and written communication skills, fluency in english, Strong administration skills, A high level of confidentiality

Required Experience and Qualifications


Minimum 1 Year Experience
Minimum Graduate or HR Degree in Relevant Field

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
