HR Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes - job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Assist in payroll input, attendance, and leave records.
Help organize training sessions, HR activities, and engagement programs.
Maintain HR documentation and handle employee queries.
Support in drafting letters (offer, increment, experience, warning, etc.).
Admin Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Handle travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
Maintain proper filing systems for administrative documents.
Ensure smooth office operations and support day-to-day admin activities.
Assist with facility management, housekeeping, and infrastructure upkeep.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles (Freshers can apply).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
