Key ResponsibilitiesHR
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Process payroll and reimbursements.
Draft and update HR policies and documentation.
Drive employee engagement and performance practices.
Administration
Oversee office operations and vendor coordination.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administration.
Implement processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR & admin experience.
Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and compliance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Someone who works independently, takes ownership, and builds systems proactively.
