Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing the organization's human resources operations and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance, while also overseeing general office administration, logistics, and support services.
Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resources Management
Assist in the recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
Handle payroll preparation and coordinate with the finance department.
Administer employee benefits, medical insurance, and statutory deductions.
Support employee engagement programs and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions under management guidance.
2. Administration & Office Management
Oversee office facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
Manage vendor relationships (suppliers, service providers, etc.).
Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain administrative files, correspondence, and documentation.
Support IT, procurement, and logistics functions when required.
Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment.
3. Policy & Compliance
Draft and implement HR and administrative policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Assist with audits and internal reporting as needed.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, etc.).
Recommend improvements to HR systems and processes for efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience (for Officer/Executive level).
Strong knowledge of HR laws, labor regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Discreet, reliable, and professional attitude.
