Job Overview
Miracle Events and Entertainment is looking for a mature, proactive, and well-organized
HR / Admin Executive (Female)
to manage human resources, office administration, and internal operations. This role requires strong people-handling skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR MIS
Implement HR policies, internal processes, and statutory compliance
Handle employee engagement, grievances, and internal communication
Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility operations
Coordinate with management on manpower planning and workforce requirements
Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and confidential information
Support leadership with HR reporting and compliance documentation
Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years of experience
in HR and administrative roles
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and admin operations
Excellent organizational, communication, and people-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
Experience in
events or creative industries
will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
