The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and compliance, along with general office administration. She will act as the point of contact between management and employees to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR database, and attendance system.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
Draft HR policies, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Coordinate training & development programs.
Handle employee grievances and support engagement activities.
Administration:
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Manage travel bookings, meetings, and event coordination.
Handle office supplies, inventory, and facility management.
Ensure proper filing of documents and confidentiality of records.
Support senior management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR operations & statutory compliance.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving attitude and organizational skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
