Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive with a solid understanding of commercial and residential real estate project sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions, managing administrative operations, and providing coordination support to the sales and project teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, a good grasp of sales processes in real estate, and the ability to work across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support performance appraisal processes.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures professionally.
Administration:
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and housekeeping.
Maintain organized documentation for company licenses, legal agreements, and vendor contracts.
Coordinate with external agencies for insurance, compliance, and corporate services.
Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and event planning for internal or client events.
Commercial & Residential Project Sales Understanding:
Maintain an understanding of company real estate projects (layouts, pricing, approvals, specifications).
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams for documentation, updates, and client coordination.
Assist in preparation and tracking of sales agreements, MoUs, allotment letters, and other project-related documentation.
Ensure smooth communication between sales and admin for project timelines, client meetings, and site visits.
Track project inventory, lead status reports, and coordinate updates to clients or stakeholders.
Support pre-sales and post-sales operations with necessary documentation and follow-ups.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Understanding of sales lifecycle in real estate, especially for commercial and residential segments.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HR/admin software.
Ability to liaise effectively between departments and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Familiarity with commercial and residential project sales is essential.
