Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Handle recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction programs
Support payroll processing and attendance management
Administration
Oversee office administration and facility management
Coordinate transportation facilities for employees
Manage vendor relationships and office supplies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Employee Engagement
Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee welfare activities
Address employee queries and provide HR support
Foster a positive workplace culture
Qualification & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or Commerce
(MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
