Job Description

Responsibilities



Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll. Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Organize and maintain office operations and procedures. Handle internal and external communications. Provide support for company events and meetings. Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed.

Qualifications



Any Graduate, Any Stream 1+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles. Understanding of HR principles, practices, Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
