We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
HR/Admin Executive
with strong hands-on experience in managing the day-to-day affairs of a small office. The ideal candidate should have solid HR knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to follow up effectively across teams and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning
Handle end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and basic payroll support
Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Manage office supplies, facilities, and general maintenance
Handle scheduling, meeting arrangements, and communication follow-ups
Support management with reporting and documentation when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in handling day-to-day operations of a small office
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic HR tools/software
