We are looking for an HR & Admin executive to join our IT company. You will be the go-to person for multiple HR tasks, focusing on hiring new people and managing our current employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and salary negotiation.
Screening the candidate, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
The onboarding process for new joiners ensures a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company, completing all documentation and background verifications.
Maintain employee records, documents, and contracts organized and up-to-date.
Track employee attendance and leave records.
Provide general administrative support by managing company expense reports and petty cash.
Qualifications & Experience:
6 months of work experience in HR-Recruitment or a similar role.
Plus point if you have prior experience with IT recruitment.
Good communication skills, both written & verbal
Comfortable using social media and job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn to source the candidates.
Best practices of MS Excel.
