The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources and administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, contracts, etc.) in compliance with company policies.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure employee compliance.
Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal documentation.
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in coordination with management.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facility management, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure smooth functioning of IT and other infrastructure.
Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff as required.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and communication with external agencies/vendors.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain related documentation (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Support management in drafting letters, circulars, and other official communication.
Assist in budget preparation and monitor administrative expenses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR and administration (experience range can be adjusted as per your need).
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRMS software is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Problem-solving and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
