1) Overseeing office supplies, managing vendors, ensuring the smooth running of office
Infrastructure (internet, electricity, etc.), and addressing any maintenance issues. 2) Managing important office documents, maintaining employee records, and handling contracts or agreements.
3) Organizing Office internal and conferences, and office events or team-building activities. 4) Ensuring that office equipment is in good working condition, coordinating with IT support for hardware or software-related issues.
5) Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, managing the hiring process, and conducting employee onboarding (introducing company policies, collecting required documents, etc.).
5) Coordinating with the finance team for processing invoices, handling petty cash, and maintaining payment records for vendors.
6) Addressing employee concerns, mediating workplace conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
7) Handling attendance records, tracking leave balances
8) Ensuring that company policies (such as leave policies, code of conduct, etc.) are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
9) Handling employee resignations, conducting exit interviews and issuing relieving letters.
