Assist in recruitment (screening, scheduling, coordination with candidates).
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and exit formalities.
Support payroll inputs and basic HR documentation.
Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and stationery management.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Female candidate, age 22-25 preferred.
10-12 months of relevant experience in HR/Admin roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, disciplined, and comfortable with multitasking.
Residing within 20 min - 1 hour of office location (preferred).
Comfortable with 6-day working and fixed timings.
