Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR Operations
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Hiring experience in IT or non-IT staff.
Maintain candidate databases and job postings on portals.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring updates.
Support payroll data, attendance, and employee documentation.
Employee Relations & Administration
Manage attendance, leave records, and general HR files.
Plan employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Handle office administration -- stationery, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and logistics.
Assist in HR audits, compliance, and reporting to management.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum
6 months internship experience in HR/recruitment
and
1 year of full-time HR or admin role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS tools, and HR documentation.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
