Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence, acting as a liaison between executives, staff, and external parties.
Scheduling & Travel:
Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Reporting & Presentations:
Develop reports, presentations, and other crucial documents to support senior management.
Support & Coordination:
Assist with various administrative tasks for departments like HR and Finance, support company events, and ensure administrative practices comply with company policies.
