JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Follow organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards.
2. Monitor the condition of office infrastructure, including buildings, parking facilities, air conditioning, electricity, water, and other office utilities.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding.
4. Payroll processing and attendance tracking.
5. Handle employee grievances and provide HR support as needed.
6. Handling statutory compliances, such as- ESIC & EPFO
7. Other work given by MD.
QUALIFICATION: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin role.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
