The HR & Admin Executive will handle employee-related tasks, maintain smooth office operations, and support day-to-day administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and capable of managing both HR and basic administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Manage onboarding and exit formalities for employees.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Administration:
Ensure office requirements like stationery, pantry, and general supplies are maintained.
Handle visitor management and coordinate meeting arrangements.
Monitor housekeeping and ensure office cleanliness and upkeep.
Manage courier, incoming/outgoing mails, and basic documentation.
Assist in organizing office events or celebrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Good knowledge of HR processes and basic office administration.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Timings:
9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
