Coordinate for
employee confirmation, transfers, and separations

Ensure
compliance with labour laws
, factory regulations, and HR policies.
Handle
disciplinary actions
, absenteeism tracking, and employee grievances.
Support in
training & development activities
, and maintain records of conducted programs.
Assist in
performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives
.
Administration Functions:
Oversee
factory housekeeping, canteen, security, and transport arrangements
.
Manage
vendor coordination
for administrative and facility-related services.
Maintain
inventory of office and factory consumables
.
Support
statutory and audit documentation
related to HR and administration.
Ensure
safe, clean, and compliant working environment
in line with company standards.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience:
2-4 years in HR & Admin, preferably in a
manufacturing or industrial setup
.
Skills:
Knowledge of HR operations and labour law basics
Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Keka)
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and multitasking ability
