Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance & HR documentation
Support payroll inputs and HR compliance
Oversee daily admin activities, filing & office coordination
Handle calls, emails, vendor coordination & office supplies
Assist management in HR initiatives and employee engagement
Requirements:
Graduate with 1-3 years of HR/Admin experience
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office & basic HR processes
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
