Location:

Budge Budge, Maheshtala

Experience:

Minimum 1 Year in Factory, or Manufactuing Industry )

Salary:

Gross 21,000 + PF + ESI

Key_Responsibilities

1) Manage daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift scheduling

2) Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

3) Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and deductions

4) Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and benefits

5) Assist in disciplinary actions and performance-related documentation

6) Ecompliance with HR policies, labor laws, and workplace regulations

7) Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and reporting

8) Coordinate with warehouse supervisors for manpower planning

9) Maintain records of uniforms, ID cards, safety gear, and company assets

10) Assist in maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards

11) Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower and attendance reports

12) Coordinate with vendors and service providers

13) Support audits, inspections, and statutory compliance checks

14) Act as a communication bridge between warehouse staff and Head Office (HR, Finance & Operations)
