Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for article clerks, junior accountants / CA / CS, and support staff, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Onboarding: Handle new hire documentation, induction, and issuance of offer/appointment letters.
Employee Records: Maintain digital and physical files (attendance, leave, and payroll data).
Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance related to Professional Tax (PT), PF, and ESIC, and assist with labor law documentation.
Performance: Support the annual appraisal process and coordinate staff training.
Administrative Operations
Office Management: Oversee daily facility operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
