We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Junior HR & Admin Executive
to join our team at Brand Imprint. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in HR or Admin roles and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.
Support day-to-day administrative operations (attendance, office supplies, vendor coordination, etc.).
Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure HR and administrative policies are implemented effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or Admin.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
