Responsibilities and Duties
Organise office and assist associates in ways that optimise procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages of Office items(stationary)
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, vendors and colleagues
Perform admin receptionist duties when needed
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organise and maintain office common areas.
Organising travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
Coordinating events as necessary.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Experience as a virtual assistant.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Office Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or associate's degree.
Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Great communication skills.
Have a valid driver license.
