Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and facility management.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
  • Assist in recruitment activities - scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining databases.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities of employees.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts, AMC, and other compliance documentation.
  • Organize office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Liaise with external agencies for administrative and HR-related requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience
