Company Overview:
Our client is into UAE accounting & auditing as a management consulting firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and facility management.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
Assist in recruitment activities - scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining databases.
Support onboarding and exit formalities of employees.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts, AMC, and other compliance documentation.
Organize office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Liaise with external agencies for administrative and HR-related requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
3+ years of experience
