Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and administration for our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should be 30+ in age, preferably married, from nearby location, with hands-on experience in HRMS, payroll, and company administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding/offboarding
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
Maintain HRMS records and employee database
Oversee company administration and office management
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
Act as a point of contact between management and employees
Proficiency in MS Office
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
4+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles
Strong knowledge of HRMS, payroll, and compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Female candidates, 30+ age, married, from Prahladnagar or nearby preferred
