Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain attendance, payroll inputs, and leave records.
Handle HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Support day-to-day administrative operations, vendor coordination, and office management.
Assist management in HR reporting and general admin functions.
Requirements
Minimum
1+ year experience
in HR & Administration.
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR tools/software is a plus.
