Job Title: HR/Admin



Qualification:



Bachelor's degree (Compulsory) - Any graduate can apply. Strong academic background with logical thinking abilities.

Candidate Preference:



Freshers are welcome, but candidates must be diligent, responsible, and eager to learn. Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities will be given priority. Candidates must be open to handling multiple tasks efficiently. Female candidate will be preferred.

Skills Required:



Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and handling the selection process. Onboarding & Induction: Managing new employee orientation and documentation. HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, leave management, and handling attendance record. Administrative Support: Managing office supplies, coordinating with clients, and handling facility management. Compliance & Policies: Ensuring company policies are followed and assisting in labor law compliance. Employee Engagement: Organizing training programs, team-building activities, and addressing employee concerns. General Coordination: Assisting with various tasks as needed, adapting to changing priorities.

Salary:



8,000 to 10,000 Per Month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
