Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and handling the selection process.
Onboarding & Induction: Managing new employee orientation and documentation.
HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, leave management, and handling attendance record.
Administrative Support: Managing office supplies, coordinating with clients, and handling facility management.
Compliance & Policies: Ensuring company policies are followed and assisting in labor law compliance.
Employee Engagement: Organizing training programs, team-building activities, and addressing employee concerns.
General Coordination: Assisting with various tasks as needed, adapting to changing priorities.
