Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation
- Handle employee queries and concerns
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Coordinate with teams for HR-related activities
- Support HR team in policy implementation and compliance
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HRMS and HR processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
