Job Title: HR Admin & Payroll Executive
Experience: 3+ years of experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle HR administration and employee records
Manage onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation
Process monthly payroll and attendance
Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS (basic knowledge)
Resolve payroll and HR-related queries
Coordinate with finance and management
Skills Required:
HR operations & payroll knowledge
MS Excel & HRMS proficiency
Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
Salary: As per experience
