PROFILE SUMMARY
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the ability to oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices & processes. The candidate will be responsible for performing duties across the following key functional areas: talent acquisition; employee relations consulting; interpretation and application of company policies; and providing strategic guidance in performance management and talent development. This role requires a proactive approach to support organizational goals by attracting top talent, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and driving continuous improvement in employee performance and career growth. You will also be responsible to carry out additional responsibilities including organizational design, employee development initiatives and conducting training.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Administering the employee details including Attendance and Leaves
Responsible for sourcing & screening of applicants for the recurring job applications
Organize and schedule Interviews for the candidates to ensure timely closure of the positions
Conduct negotiation calls to ensure the fitment of candidates with client's salary offer
Conduct video call interviews to ensure the cultural fitment of the candidate
Support the employee in a smooth onboarding process
Prepare & Deliver trainings on diverse topics for the client employees
Maintain and manage employee payroll on a monthly basis
Coordination with client's day to day queries and provide requested data if required
Ensure company policies are reviewed and communicated to ensure employee awareness
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Ability to listen to employee grievances and provide robust solutions for quick resolution
Support the employee in a smooth exit process by conducting the Exit Interviews
SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent communication skills
Ability to develop and design creative training modules
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to listen to employee queries and provide robust solutions to their queries
Basic knowledge of MS Office to manage company dashboard
Ability to maintain data confidentiality

B.Com/BBA/Eco (Hons) Graduate/ MBA in HR

Monday to Saturday (11:00 AM - 8 :00 PM)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
