Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, documents).
Handle employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts/HR software.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
dentify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Maintain sales data using CRM or spreadsheets.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and office events.
Handle incoming/outgoing communication (emails, calls, visitors).
Ensure the office is well-maintained and complies with safety protocols.
Assist senior management in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
