We are seeking a skilled HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
Organize employee engagement activities and training programs
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Handle grievance and disciplinary processes professionally
Admin Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
Oversee facility management, housekeeping, and infrastructure maintenance
Handle travel bookings, event logistics, and meeting arrangements
Ensure smooth daily operations of the office
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and attendance software
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Candidate must be presentable.
