Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Admin Co ordinator

to handle client relationship management, after-sales support, and team coordination. The role will focus on ensuring client satisfaction, monitoring technical team performance, scheduling work, tracking service delivery, and managing revenue plans.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong

client relationships

to ensure satisfaction after sales. Coordinate with the

technical team

for smooth project delivery. Plan, schedule, and assign tasks while monitoring team performance. Track service status and ensure projects are delivered on time. Develop and manage

revenue schedules, reports, and plans

. Review team performance and suggest improvements. Maintain accurate

CRM data

on clients, services, and feedback. Ensure effective communication and smooth workflow between teams.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate or Postgraduate (BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MBA preferred). 5-10 years of experience in CRM, client management, or administration. Strong organizational and communication skills. Hands-on experience with service tracking, scheduling, and revenue reporting. Proven leadership ability to guide and evaluate team performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
