Ensure effective communication and smooth workflow between teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or Postgraduate (BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MBA preferred).
5-10 years of experience in CRM, client management, or administration.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with service tracking, scheduling, and revenue reporting.
Proven leadership ability to guide and evaluate team performance.
