WORKING LOCATION :- HOWRAH

  • Payroll Processing, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Handling Corporate Events, Statutory Compliance, On Boarding.
  • He/she shall be responsible for the Following Activities by managing a total Workforce and Units.
  • Pay Roll Processing of all Employees.
  • Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Employee Connect - Birthdays/Uniform/Pooja celebrations.
  • Documentation of Employees working on Sites.
  • General Administration /House keeping/Office Management
  • Working on Systems/QMS -ISO.
  • MIS Reports as Required.
  • Performance Management /Year Appraisal Process/Market Correction.
  • Employee Engagement - RR, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Training and Development.
  • Attending Customer calls.
  • Handling Contractors and Contract Compliances
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9400,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Digha, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HR & Admin Coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HEMM: 3 years (Preferred)
