Role Summary:
We are looking for a mature, proactive, and reliable
HR & Admin Coordinator
to manage core HR operations for our hotel group in Goa. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. This role includes coordination with consultants for payroll, PF, ESIC, and compliance submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle onboarding and exit formalities professionally
Maintain employee documentation and HR records
Escalate employee concerns appropriately and confidentially
Coordinate with payroll consultants for monthly salary processing
Ensure timely and accurate submission of data for PF, ESIC, and compliance
Track leave, attendance, and basic HR metrics
Keep management proactively informed of key people and process updates
Requirements:
2-5 years' experience in HR admin or coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of maturity, discretion, and common sense
Ability to manage deadlines and follow through independently
Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory
