to handle

HR administration, business development, and office operations

3 months to 1 year of experience

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

recruitment

, onboarding, and employee record-keeping Handle attendance, leave tracking, and

HR documentation

Contact and

follow up

with leads provided by the company Pitch company services, negotiate, and

close sales deals

Maintain

strong client relationships

for repeat business Coordinate with vendors and oversee basic

office operations

Prepare

sales and HR reports

for management

Requirements:



3 months to 1 year of experience in HR, Admin, or Business Development Excellent communication, organizational & multitasking skills

Must have own laptop
