We are seeking a motivated HR Admin professional to support smooth office operations and HR activities. You will handle administrative tasks, assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, and contribute to employee engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general administrative duties to ensure efficient office functioning.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records accurately.
Assist with recruitment processes including screening and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate with departments to fulfill HR-related requirements.
Help organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 3 years experience in HR administration or related role.
Basic understanding of HR processes and office administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
