The HR & Admin Assistant supports day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This role involves assisting with employee documentation, maintaining records, supporting recruitment, and helping ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Help in posting job openings and collecting resumes.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Prepare offer letters and collect documents from new employees.
Arrange induction and explain company policies.
Support in employee resignation and clearance process.
Maintain daily attendance records.
Track employee leave requests and approvals.
Keep all employee files and data up to date.
Maintain soft and hard copies of documents.
Share attendance and leave data with the payroll team on time.
Office Administration
Maintain records of employees staying in the hostel.
Collect hostel charges (if applicable) and follow hostel rules.
Handle hostel-related complaints (cleaning, food, electricity, etc.).
Update HR about employees staying in or leaving the hostel.
Arrange meeting rooms and take notes if needed.
Help organize employee events and functions.
Help employees with basic HR and admin queries.
Experience :
