We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Assistant - Fresher
to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about starting a career in Human Resources and Office Administration, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for job openings
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
Help with onboarding and joining formalities of new employees
Maintain employee records and support with documentation
Track attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll inputs
Prepare HR letters, ID cards, and other employee-related documents
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
Manage office supplies and handle procurement as needed
Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and maintenance teams for smooth daily operations
Handle courier dispatch/receipts and maintain related records
Assist in booking travel and accommodation for employees
Support front desk activities including handling calls and visitor management
Maintain office files, registers, and petty cash records
Ensure office infrastructure is clean, safe, and functioning efficiently
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably BBA, BCom, BA)
Strong interest in HR and office administration
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn
