We require a smart and dynamic Human Resources & Administration assistant; experienced, aged below 35 years, who is capable of assisting the overall H.R related jobs of all our Group concerns efficiently and effectively.
The main role of a HR & Admin assistant is to ensure the smooth running of the human resources department in our Group concerns, along with other day to day admin related activities.
The main duties & responsibilities include:
By assisting the H.R manager, ensure the entire human resources department runs smoothly
Dealing with employment legislation and legal issues related to job applications, layoffs and other related concerns - when in need.
Managing employee relations and working with employees to resolve any conflict or grievances.
Overseeing all hiring and on boarding processes.
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues ... Assist payroll department by providing relevant employeeinformation (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days etc..)
Managing employee relations, including facilitating mediation of disputes and dealing with issues like bullying and harassment.
Preparing, planning and assigning work.
Ensure and Evaluate the Employee performance and report the defaults and merits to Management and Payroll Department.
Conduct The Recruitment Process, Publish and Remove Job Ads,
Prepare Hr Documents including employment contracts, employee surveys, performance management forms and letters of recommendation.
Update Employee Database Information, Coordinate Employee Engagement Initiatives.
Provide Administrative Support For Hr Manager, Payroll & Accounts Departments regarding HR & legal compliances.
