Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment process and the coordination of candidate
Handle employee attendance and leave management
Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, word, power point)
Support HR and Admin Operations
Maintain Employee records and documentation
Coordination with Finance department and maintain the data
Sales report preparation and present it to management
Requirements
MBA with 1 -3 years experience in HR/admin/Sales coordination
Experience in recruitment
Strong MS office skills
Good communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
