Key Responsibilities:
Assist HR team in scheduling and conducting interviews.
Coordinate with candidates for interview timings, venue, and documentation.
Travel to different locations for interview support, client coordination, and HR-related work.
Maintain candidate records and interview feedback forms.
Support onboarding activities and joining formalities.
Provide administrative support (letters, filing, data entry, attendance, etc.).
Act as a liaison between candidates, clients, and the internal HR team.
Requirements:
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR/Admin preferred (freshers can apply).
Good communication & coordination skills.
Willingness to travel frequently (local & outstation).
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
