Job Description

Get directions from the Management about the new positions, contribute actively in planning the recruitment cycle of such new requirements and implement them. Maintain a database Publish jobs ads and coordinate with recruitment agencies for recruitment Conducting interviews of candidates and maintaining database and reports of each candidate Conducting background/ reference checks Preparing HR documents such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, etc Organizing and maintaining personnel records such as their Interview forms, DOJ, Leaves Summary, Performance Appraisal, etc and updating internal HR databases Gather payroll data, investigate, and calculate payroll and hand it over to Accounts Department Conduct quarterly employee performance interviews and appraisals Liaise with external partners such as stationary shops, graphic designers, recruitment agencies Induction of candidate upon recruitment Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance Answer employees queries about HR-related issues Managing office supplies stock and placing orders Preparing regular administrative reports Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents Supervise all correspondences - inward and outward- its storage, distribution, and response except legal
